Habit Trackers

I love a tracker. It really helps me to stay on track. Be it personal or business. Further down you’ll find a blank habit tracker. First up I’ve decided to do a monthly tracker, the more consistent you can be the easier it is to form a new habit. My example tracker shows some of the ones I try to stick to throughout the week to keep me on track with my wellness journey. You don’t have to fill in every space. You might find it easier to start with just a couple of habits you want to develop and work on doing those every day before gradually increasing them. You also don’t need to stick to one “theme” per tracker. You could easily use this to cover all habits, whether it’s for a better morning routine, scheduling posts, fitness etc.
